A magnetic door seal system keeps food fresh or frozen even if your power goes out. It's the biggest, boldest, freshest Sub-Zero of all.

Dual Refrigeration Keeps Food Fresher Longer

• Like every Sub-Zero, the refrigerator and freezer areas in a PRO 48 each have their own dedicated, sealed system with compressor and evaporator. So fresh foods get the humid yet chilly climate they need, while frozen and convenience foods get dry, frigid air to prevent decay and freezer burn. Even beyond that, the PRO 48 also has a third evaporator for the refrigerator drawers to give produce its own special, higher-humidity environment to keep it fresher longer.
